Pneumatic screwdriver for single-lever faucets

SMB's ATC-P has been specifically designed for automatic tightening of the cartridge nut on single-lever faucets, whether made of plastic or brass. This automated system guarantees precise and constant torque control, eliminating the variability associated with manual tightening, which depends exclusively on the operator.

The equipment incorporates a system of interchangeable tools that can be quickly and easily replaced, allowing the machine to be adapted to different faucet models in just 15 seconds.

The ATC-P is compatible with a wide range of products, including: washbasin, bidet, sink, bath-shower, etc.

Thanks to its ergonomic design and process automation, the operator is not exposed to repetitive stress or fatigue, as their intervention is limited to preparing new parts while the machine performs the tightening autonomously.

With an average cycle time of between 2 and 3 seconds per part, the ATC-P becomes an indispensable tool for both small and large series productions, bringing efficiency, repeatability, and quality to the single-lever faucet assembly process.
