Cleaning Drying Leak Test
The system consists of an automation for washing, drying and leak testing and communication between fitting chambers and determines whether the checked part is admissible or not, based on established and modifiable alarms. The feeding of the parts can be manual or by a robot. Station 1: cleaning the part Station 2: drying the part Station 3: leak control in closed Station 4: leak control in open The correct parts are sorted at the end of the conveyor belt, and the defective parts in several bins depending on the fault that has been detected.
Touch screen
SMB has designed its own software, emphasizing its efficiency and simplicity through an icon-based language. Currently, APE-LPs are equipped with a touchscreen or digital terminal. Both screens are very good solutions, and the complexity of the software will determine which screen to use. Both operating systems are very intuitive and quickly assimilated by the operator.
