Universal Tightness Test for Any Faucet Model (Tabletop)

The system consists of automation for leak control and communication between fitting chambers. During verification, the static and dynamic pressures are displayed, and their differences are compared. At the end of the test, the part's passability is determined, and in the case of a defective part, the system indicates the area of the part where the leak occurred. The system consists of a programmable controller, a human/machine interface, a pneumatic circuit, and an electrical circuit. The programmable controller is responsible for monitoring the verification process, determining whether the part is passable or not, as well as ordering the movements (fixing, capping) and following the sequence via a touch-screen operator terminal.

Touch screen

SMB has designed its own software, emphasizing its effectiveness and simplicity through its use of icon-based programming. Touchscreens are currently a very robust solution for the vast majority of machines. The operating systems for controlling the machine are highly intuitive and quickly assimilated by the operator.

Universal Tooling
