Life testing laboratory

The BEM-01-02 test bench performs tests using two-axis motorized drives (servo motors). The advanced BEM-01 R6 version, equipped with six motorized axes (6-axis robot), is also available for more complex tests.

The test system is managed by a PC with LabVIEW data acquisition software, which is responsible for executing the test sequence in accordance with international regulations:

• European Standards
• American Standards
• Australian Standards

The system determines whether the part is admissible according to the parameters established in each standard.

The user has the ability to create customized programs using an intuitive programming table. To facilitate this process, SMB has developed open and easy-to-use programming software.



According to our clients, the results of the tests carried out on this bench are comparable to those obtained in accredited laboratories such as the CSTB (France).
