Life testing laboratory

The BEM-01-R6 laboratory test bench performs tests using drives with six motorized axes (6-axis robot). An alternative version, the BEM-01-02, with two motorized axes, is also available for simpler configurations (2-axis drive).

The system is managed by a PC together with the LabVIEW data acquisition software, responsible for executing the test sequence in accordance with international regulations:

• European Standards
• American Standards
• Australian Standards

During the process, the part is assessed for eligibility within the parameters defined by each standard and type of test.

Users can create their own test programs using a programming table. To facilitate operation, SMB has developed open, accessible, and easy-to-program software.



Based on our customers' experience, the tests performed with this equipment are comparable to those performed by the European laboratory CSTB (France), which confirms its precision and technical reliability.
