Durability test bench for tank feeding and unloading mechanisms

This bench allows for leak and flow testing of water inlet and outlet mechanisms in toilets, complying with current international standards (EN, NF, and KIWA).

It has four test stations, allowing for simultaneous testing and increased productivity. The test is performed using a methacrylate tank with dimensions that comply with EN 997, ensuring standardized conditions.

The bench's design facilitates quick and easy installation of the mechanisms to be tested, both feed and discharge.

The system is equipped to perform dynamic measurements of:

• Pressure and flow of the water supply.
• Water level (or equivalent volume) during filling and discharging processes.
• Actuating force on the buttons of the flushing mechanisms.
