APPLICATION NO. 1 – Static and Oscillating Load Testing

This test bench is designed to evaluate the durability of toilet seats and hinges in accordance with JC/T 764-2008 and NF D 12-207 regulations.

• The test reproduces the alternating application of lateral loads on the seat, simulating real-life conditions of use.
• The device incorporates two pneumatic cylinders that alternate the effort at defined intervals, applying a constant lateral load.
• Each cycle consists of a lateral load applied sequentially.
• The system allows cycle-by-cycle monitoring of stresses, controlling the mechanical variables involved.

APPLICATION NO. 2 – Dynamic Load Testing

This station is designed to test the structural strength of the seat against dynamic loads in accordance with JC/T 764-2008, NF D 12-207 and Japanese standards.

• Simulates the sudden fall of a 135 kg mass, reproducing extreme impact situations.
• It incorporates two independent cylinders, one to lift the load and another to suddenly release it onto the seat.
• The test allows the strength and durability of the assembly (seat and fixings) to be validated.
• The test is monitored and validated visually by the operator, ensuring compliance with the established parameters.
