Thermal shock bench

SMB's comprehensive single-frame solution offers a compact structure that incorporates all the necessary services for faucet testing. It features a test station specifically designed for washbasins, shower trays, and sinks, with the option of adding an optional module for bathtub testing.

The system features a fully integrated closed supply and drainage circuit, enabling efficient and sustainable operation. Precise temperature control is provided: up to 10°C for cold water and up to 95°C for hot water. It also incorporates PID pressure control for both cold and hot water, ensuring stability during testing.

The unit includes an 18 kW continuous electric boiler and a 5.8 kW chiller, allowing it to operate under demanding thermal conditions. It also features a manipulator with an articulated arm and multiple adjustments, which facilitates automatic plugging of drains according to the test requirements.



Finally, the workbench is equipped with an integrated stainless steel drain, designed to recover and reuse water, thus optimizing consumption during each test.
