SMB's comprehensive single-frame solution includes all the services required for faucet testing. It is equipped with two test stations designed for shower trays, bathtubs, or sinks, facilitating simultaneous testing.

It incorporates an integrated closed-loop supply and drainage system, which optimizes water use during testing. It features temperature control for cold water up to 10°C and hot water up to 92°C, ensuring realistic working conditions.

The system features PID control for both cold and hot water supply pressure, ensuring stability and precision during testing. It also includes a high-power continuous electric boiler (2 x 27 kW, total 54 kW) and an 8.3 kW chiller to maintain set temperatures.

To facilitate handling during testing, it includes two manipulators with articulated arms and multiple adjustments, allowing for efficient plugging of drains. The workbench features an integrated stainless steel drain, allowing the water used to be recovered and reused.



Finally, the system incorporates a flow test for sinks, with a specific program recipe that automates and facilitates this test.
