Water test bench for faucets
The system has been designed to automate leak testing, both in dynamic and static conditions, for various types of faucets such as sinks, bidets, bath-showers, and showers.
Tests are performed using water and/or air as the control medium, and the results are evaluated by reading the pressure indicators displayed on the system's touch screen.
The standard procedure involves filling the chamber with the tap in the closed position. The water supply valve is then closed and the system gauges are visually checked for any pressure losses. Once this check is completed, the tap outlet cap is removed and the aerator is installed to visually verify the flow rate.
Finally, the aerator is checked for dripping on the outside, which could indicate a leak or a leak. The entire process is designed to offer reliability, speed, and repeatability in both manual and automated quality control lines.
