LAB-04-ECO

4-station test bench

This system has been designed to automate various functional tests applied to single- and double-lever faucets. The tests performed include fatigue, stress, sensitivity, fidelity, and water hammer tests, in order to evaluate the performance and durability of the various components under repetitive and demanding use.

The number of test cycles is fully programmable, allowing the number of repetitions to be adjusted according to the requirements of each quality control test. The tests can be applied to the faucet cartridge, diverter mechanisms, and dual-handle faucet mounts.

Inverter cycles are optional and are only run when the specific test program requires them, allowing for optimized resources and time for tests that do not require them.

This system allows testing under controlled parameters, with high repeatability and reliability, making it an essential tool for quality laboratories, R&D departments, or product validation processes in industrial production.

Water supply systems:

The machine also has its own water supply system through a closed circuit, requiring no installation. The pressure system is adjustable between 0.5 bar and 6 bar maximum. The pressure of the test circuits is displayed on the touch screen.

Fatigue test for single-lever wall/deck faucets:

The system automates life testing for wall-mounted or deck-mounted single-lever faucets at a fatigue control station, as well as optional stress monitoring for both opening/closing and cold/hot rotation. The machine programs the number of tests and stress alarms, enabling a fatigue (life) test tailored to the user. It also features a fatigue system for inverters.

Fatigue test for faucets, shelves, mechanisms or sink spouts:

The system automates life testing for countertop faucets, mechanisms, or spouts at a fatigue control station, as well as stress monitoring for both opening and closing, as well as spout rotation. The machine programs the number of tests and their stress alarms, enabling a fatigue test tailored to the user.

Flow test:

The tester monitors the cold and hot water mains pressure to determine the cold, hot, and mixed flow rates. It features two precision flow sensors that can be viewed on the screen. The system allows the operator to modify the analog reading, parameterize, and calibrate the analog channels.

Pressure and water hammer tests:

The test consists of an automatic control station to monitor water pressure surges inside the faucet, both dynamically and statically. The test monitors the cold and hot water mains pressure, the circuit inlet pressure, and the resulting pressure on the mechanism.
