LAB-06-VTE
Test bench with 6 stations
The system has been developed for the automation of fatigue testing, also known as Life Test, applied to single-lever, dual-lever, time-delayed faucets, spouts, diverters, and diverters. It allows component durability to be assessed through programmed repetition of operating cycles.
The test cycle count is fully configurable, allowing you to define the desired number of cycles for each component type: faucet cartridges, diverters, or two-handle faucet mounts. The drives are powered by electric motors, and the system allows precise control of both the vertical stroke and the rotation angle from the touchscreen interface.
All test parameters are fully customizable. Using the touchscreen, the operator can select the type of test to be performed, set the number of cycles, adjust the drive speed, and other relevant values. Mechanically, the system features manual height, tilt, and travel adjustments, easily adapting to different types of fittings or items to be tested.
The equipment is equipped with its own closed-circuit water supply system, eliminating the need for connection to an external network. The test circuit pressure is adjustable between 0.5 and 6 bar, and its value is displayed in real time on the system's touch screen.
This feature set makes the SMB fatigue testing machine a robust, flexible, and highly accurate solution for quality laboratories or industrial production.
Station 1: LIFE TET single-lever faucet test:
The system automates testing of single-lever faucets at a LIFE TEST control station, as well as displays the opening/closing and hot/cold rotation stresses. The machine programs the number of tests and their stress alarms, enabling a fatigue test tailored to the user.
Station 2: LIFE TEST single-lever test:
The system consists of the automation of the LIFE TEST test for single-lever faucets (countertop or wall-mounted).
Station 3: LIFE TEST single-lever test:
The system consists of the automation of the LIFE TEST test for single-lever faucets (countertop or wall-mounted).
Station 4: LIFE TEST frames test:
The system consists of the automation of the LIFE TEST test for two-control-monobloc faucets (shelf or wall-mounted).
Station 5: LIFE TEST frames test:
The system consists of the automation of the LIFE TEST test for two-control-monobloc faucets (shelf or wall-mounted).
Station 6: LIFE TEST pipes test:
The system consists of the automation of the LIFE TEST test for sink pipes (shelf or wall).
NOTE: All stations allow any LIFE TEST test to be performed.
