MAIN PRE-ASSEMBLY TABLE
(REF. 1500.32) It consists of an aluminium table with a total dimension of 1500 x 700 x 2200. An upper shelf with some tray supports to store the pre-assembly accessories: cartridges, cartridge nuts, inverter, seats and 3/4" nuts.
DOUBLE SEAT SCREWDRIVER AND REVERSE SCREWDRIVER
(REF. 1350.66 SP) The reversing screwdriver: This is incorporated at the far left of the table, to provide more work space on the rest of the table. The operator must match the reversing seat to the tap and fit it with the reversing seat that must be placed in the tightening wrench. The double seat screwdriver: This is added right next to the reversing screwdriver. The operator must place the seats and tabs in the tightening wrenches. Then, place the tap and press to activate the screwdrivers. The activation system can be via a pedal or a photoelectric cell (automatically activated by the presence of the tap).
SIMPLE ASSEMBLY AND PACKING TABLE
(REF. 1500.26) 80 x 40 aluminium profile table with overall dimensions of 3000 x 700 x 2200, 3000 x 650 x 30 polyethylene work base, levelling and height adjustment feet for the work table, 2 x 36W lighting bar support and guide support for the balancer, screwdriver, screw handles. Equipped with a lower shelf with trays for storing all kinds of accessories: control covers, handles, handle and index screws. On an upper shelf we will store the aerators, ball joints and sealants. The packaging area is also equipped with a lower shelf with trays for hoses, eccentrics and rosettes, shower handles and accessory bags, on another upper shelf we will place the bags and warranty label. A double label holder, a polyethylene work base, cleaning supplies and seal.
