Automatic Assembly and Verification Line

AUTOMATIC ASSEMBLY AND VERIFICATION LINE

- The system is balanced for the assembly of countertop faucets with two operators. - Optimize the machine/operator/faucet model cycle. - The linear layout is designed to take up minimal space. - The mechanism is screwed in using a pneumatic screwdriver with pressure-based torque control. - We have one APE sealing station with a maximum 15-second test cycle in two phases (closed and open). We have stations for hood and knob assembly. - Model changeovers using transport pallets, interchangeable test fixtures, and assembly line parameterization can be completed in 5 to 15 minutes, switching from one model to another. - At the exit, at station 6, operator 2 has a screwing unit for assembling the rosette, washer, and 1/2" fixing nut.
