Swivel assembly clamp

The rotating clamp developed by SMB has been designed to facilitate the installation of single-lever and two-lever faucets, including basin, bidet, sink, shower, and bath-shower models, both wall-mounted and deck-mounted. This tool is especially useful during the final cleaning phase, as it allows the operator to handle and clean the faucet without having to touch it directly, thus ensuring greater hygiene and quality of the finish.

The 1500.59 model stands out for its ease of use. The operator simply secures the faucet in the clamp and, using the pedals, selects the most suitable mounting position. The faucet can be rotated 90°, 0°, or -90°, depending on the needs of each operation. This rotational capacity allows easy access to all sides of the faucet to install components such as the aerator, chain support, trim, and handle.

By keeping the faucet securely fixed, the system allows the operator to work with both hands free, significantly improving the efficiency of the assembly process and speeding up final cleaning.
