Automatic laser marking line

The system is designed for the automation of laser marking on faucets and accessories, regardless of the type of surface finish, including chrome-plated, painted, or treated parts with coatings such as PVD, among others. Using a 30 W fiber laser, it is possible to obtain a wide variety of finishes and color ranges, from white to black, and even high-definition profiled markings.

The SLM-7020 laser marking line, developed by SMB, is specifically designed for continuous marking of faucets and their components. This system allows the marking process to be carried out while simultaneously loading and unloading parts, or to work with a specific batch of products in a fully automatic cycle.

Thanks to its interchangeable tooling system, the SLM-7020 can be adapted to any type of part, making it a versatile solution for a variety of production lines. The equipment features an integrated control PC that allows you to design and customize any type of mark using the included software, which is compatible with major file formats such as DWG, DFX, BMP, JPG, PNG, TIF, PCX, TAG, GIF, and PLT.

It also allows for marking multiple types of barcodes, including CODE39, EAN, CODE128, as well as two-dimensional codes such as DataMatrix and PDF417. SMB's design department is responsible for developing specific graphic configurations based on customer requirements, thus ensuring the highest quality and adaptability of marking for each project.
