Vacuum tightness test

This test bench is designed to verify the tightness of toilets, ensuring the absence of structural cracks and preventing unwanted communication between internal channels. The tightness test is performed by vacuum injection, reaching up to -800 millibars, allowing any leak or defect in the system to be detected.


The main structure of the equipment is made of 40 x 40 mm aluminum profiles, ensuring robustness and durability. The overall dimensions are 650 mm wide, 1000 mm deep, and 800 mm high, extending to 1300 mm with the touch panel for control and display of tests. The support base has four adjustable legs, which facilitate leveling the bench for proper operation.


The waterproof table that houses the toilet measures 650 mm wide by 900 mm deep, ensuring a stable and waterproof surface.


Among its technical features, the bench incorporates a pressure sensor with a range of 0 to -90 kPa and a display resolution of 0.1 millibar, providing accurate measurement during testing. The system features a 4.3-inch color touchscreen that allows for automatic or manual leak testing, adapting to the user's specific needs.


This bench is an effective solution for ensuring quality and safety in the production and testing of toilets, meeting the standards required to ensure proper operation and durability.
